Cancellations or Exchanges

Originals: All sales of artworks are final. Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Prints: All of our prints are made to order - for this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as we do not hold stock.

As many of our print art pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer on your shipping label. We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.

Returns Due to Damage or Defective Items 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if your artwork or print arrives damaged.  You will need to provide photos of:

  • The external box
  • The shipping label on the box
  • The damage to the artwork/frame

If the artwork arrives in packaging that is obviously damaged beyond a point with which the contents could be intact, please do not remove the artwork or print from the packaging.

Please note: If you contact us about any damage or defects more than 24 hours after receiving the package, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Replacement or Refund

Prints: While it’s uncommon, accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind when ordering art online, upon verification of the damage I offer an immediate replacement if your print artwork is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item.

Originals: If an original arrives damaged we will issue a refund. In some cases, it may be possible for original artworks to be repaired by a qualified artwork restorer.
